Kaley Leshem, LCSW - Individual therapy (50 minutes) - $215 | Family therapy (60 minutes)- $230

Jillian Moreno, ASW - Individual therapy (50 minutes) - $175 | Family therapy (60 minutes)- $200

We have a number of sliding scale spots available based on financial need.

Where is your office located?

I am currently seeing patients in person and via telehealth. My practice is located in West LA near Sawtelle Japantown. My address is: 1849 Sawtelle Blvd Suite 610, Los Angeles, CA 90025.

Do you take insurance?

I am not currently an in-network provider for any insurance companies. However, depending on your current health insurance provider, it is possible for out-of-network services to be covered in part or full. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-of-network psychotherapy services. If you have out-of-network psychotherapy benefits, I will provide you with a Superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of the full fee of your session.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Notice of Good Faith Estimates are sent to you after booking your initial session, and you will be able to find this document on your patient profile. Good Faith estimates are an estimate of expected charges before you get a service.
