  • I provide weekly therapy for teens and adults in search of a supportive space. Individuals often reach out to me when they are dealing with a life transition, facing relationship challenges, or struggling with questions about identity and meaning.

I specialize in treating eating disorders, self-esteem, trauma, and anxiety. Learn more about my areas of specialty here.

  • I work with families struggling to create a balanced, mutually respectful home environment. My philosophy encompasses a reprioritization of family values, communication skills, and healthy boundaries.

  • I work with couples looking to strengthen their relationship. Whether there has been a life transition, an ongoing conflict, or loss of trust, couples counseling can help address underlying issues that contribute to dissatisfaction. Using a psychodynamic and attachment-focused approach, I help couples identify stuck points and unhelpful behaviors patterns. We can then work together to improve communication and connection.

  • Eating disorders can affect the entire family system and learning how to cope as a support-person is often imperative to your loved one’s recovery.

I work with parents to provide a non-judgmental space for support, coaching and psychoeducation about eating disorders.

I also provide eating disorder assessment, level of care recommendations, and clinical case management for families who need support in navigating the treatment system.

  • I provide weekly supervision to ASWs and AMFTs. I also provide consultation to licensed and unlicensed clinicians who are eager to learn about eating disorder treatment. I see supervision and consultation as warm, non-judgmental spaces where there is room for mutual respect and growth. Eating disorder treatment can be difficult and overwhelming and I am here to support!
